Our Services

Soft Tissue Therapy

Soft tissue therapy is used to change the integrity of soft tissues such as skin, fascia, muscles, tendons and ligaments. Soft tissue therapies are used to reduce pain and tension by improving length and tone to muscles and promoting blood circulation, relaxation and activation depending on the practitioner’s goals.

Flexion Distraction

Flexion distraction is a gentle, yet effective, manual therapy method aimed at alleviating pressure off the spinal joints and discs which may aid the recovery of surrounding tissues like nerves.

Postsurgical Rehabilitation

Postsurgical rehabilitation occurs after minor or major joint operations or procedures. A personalised exercise program is designed to re-establish joint motion, muscle strength and endurance to aid rehabilitation.

Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilisation (DNS)

Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilisation (DNS) is a form of manual and exercise therapy designed to restore optimal muscle coordination while exercising in functional positions. DNS is aimed at stimulating movement control centres in the brain in order to activate the body’s stabilisation system.
